  • Account Information: Collected during account creation via Clerk (Name, Email Address).
  • Usage Data: Records of audit requests, timestamps, usage counts, and feedback to monitor service quality.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely for account management, providing the optimization service, monitoring usage, billing, and improving our proprietary AI reasoning models. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with strictly necessary infrastructure partners:

  • Clerk: For secure authentication and user management.
  • Stripe: For processing encrypted subscription payments.
  • AI Providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI): Public HTML is sent via API to generate optimization roadmaps.

4. Website Audit Data

When you perform an Agentic Readiness Audit, our system fetches the publicly available HTML of the specified URL. We do not store full HTML snapshots long-term; we only retain the metadata (scores, timestamps, and search queries) in your personal encrypted vault. We do not share your website’s proprietary logic with third parties.

5. Third-Party AI Processing

Data is sent to LLM providers via SSL-encrypted enterprise APIs. By utilizing enterprise-tier endpoints, we ensure that these providers are strictly prohibited from using your website data for training their foundational models.

6. Auto-Injection SDK Compliance

For enterprise users utilizing the Stellar Auto-Injection SDK, our script operates under a strict "Privacy by Design" framework:

  • Non-Persistent Processing: The SDK executes entirely client-side to modify the DOM for AI agent accessibility.
  • No PII Collection: The SDK does not collect, store, or transmit Personal Identification Information (PII) from your end-users, nor does it record session behavior.
  • Agent Detection: The script transmits non-identifiable technical metadata to our servers solely to verify incoming AI Agents and serve patches.
