1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GEO Stellar service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all aspects of the Service, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) audits, AI Agent compatibility assessments, and Edge Pulse continuous monitoring.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides specialized technical diagnostics for website visibility within Generative Search Engines and navigation readiness for autonomous AI Agents. Additionally, the Service offers "Edge Pulse," a continuous monitoring tool designed to detect structural DOM anomalies, semantic drift, and potential supply-chain vulnerabilities.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Reverse Engineering

To protect the proprietary algorithms, machine learning models, and infrastructure that power the Service, you explicitly agree that you will not, nor permit any third party to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, machine learning models, or underlying algorithms of the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competitive product, tool, or service.
• Employ automated scraping, bot networks, or excessive API polling intended to map, stress test, or extract data from our infrastructure.
• Use the Edge Pulse monitoring service to scan web properties that you do not own or possess explicit legal authorization to monitor.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may subject you to legal action.

4. Credits and Financial Terms

• Usage Credits: Access to Deep Audits requires credits, which are distributed via monthly subscriptions or one-time packs. Edge Pulse monitoring is subject to tier-based domain limits.
• Consumption: Monthly allowances are consumed first, followed by purchased pack credits.
• No Refunds: Due to the immediate computational infrastructure costs required for LLM-based reasoning and continuous active scanning, all purchases are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property and Implementation

While we provide advanced optimization recommendations and security diagnostics, the implementation of any fixes and the ultimate impact on your website remain your sole responsibility. We do not claim ownership over the HTML data fetched during an audit or scan.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We provide no guarantee that your website will achieve specific rankings, be successfully navigated by third-party AI agents, or remain secure from cyber threats. Our threat detection models are designed to assist security teams but do not replace comprehensive security infrastructure.
